Chequered butt, chequered straight grip and forend. Concave rib with simple border embellishments, engraved ‘NEW BARRELS BY CHARLES HELLIS & SONS LTD. 121-3, EDGWARE ROAD, LONDON, ENGLAND’. Top lever, automatic safety, ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The lock plates plain with acanthus highlights and simple border with ‘HOLLAND & HOLLAND’, ‘PATENT EJECTOR’ to the underside. Complete with the manufacturer’s leather case with original label. For 1904 for Eley Bros Ltd, rebarrelled, reproofed 1978.

Additional Comments: Light silvering to muzzle and breech with a number of light marks to the barrels. The action bright with some small dents. Stock replaced, a piece missing from aside the toplever. The bores bright with some localised, frosted patches. The case relined with replacement straps.
