Chequered butt with heel and toe plates, chequered straight grip and diminutive forend. Damascus barrels, tapered rib engraved THOMAS TURNER. 19 BROOK STREET, BOND STREET. LONDON’. Anson & Deeley’s Patent 1756 of 1875, use number 6655. Top lever, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The action engraved with bouquets and acanthus scrolling, retaining some original finish. Black powder proof, Birmingham 1887 to 1896.
