We promote upcoming sales through our social media channels, website, and online advertising. We also have a database of customers who have consented to marketing and receive our regular auctions updates. Particularly when we have specialist items and collectibles in our sales we want to make sure as many people as possible know about them!
There are a number of ways you can have your items valued by us. You can start by submitting our valuation request form online, or by sending us photos via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. For larger volumes of lots you can contact us to arrange for us to visit you and assess onsite. Finally, we hold regular valuation days which you can pop along to without an appointment.
We realise that clearing a house can be a very emotional and challenging time and something you can find you need for a wide variety of reasons. We’re able to sensitively support with this difficult task and help make sure you can unlock the value in your items and move them on to new homes. We dispatch won lots using Royal Mail’s Tracked or Special delivery services, depending on the value of the item(s). For larger items we may use Parcelforce. You can request a shipping quote using the link in your invoice. A small packaging charge (+VAT) will be applied. As soon as your payment is received, your items will be dispatched and on their way to you.
