Rubber butt with extension, chequered straight grip and forend. Tapered rib engraved NEW BARRELS BY W RICHARDS LIVERPOOL & PRESTON’. Deepcarved scimitars to fences, top lever, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The action very finely engraved with bouquets and extensive acanthus scrolling. Nitro-reproofed 1962.

Light silvering to muzzle and breech with some thinning above the forend. The action bright, the engraving softened a little.Chequering softened, poor extension. Forend damaged.
