Ribbed, horn butt pad, chequered straight grip and forend. The rib engraved "CHAS OSBORNE & CO LONDON . Hackett-type snap-on splinter forend with horn finial, back action, non-rebounding hares ears hammers, hold open top lever. The action plain with simple border.

Light silvering to muzzle and breech, a large pitted area behind the muzzle with a number of light marks to the barrels. The action bright with some very light tarnish. The stock with one small dent and little other marking. The chequering very pleasing.
