Description
Cushioned rubber butt pad, chequered straight grip and forend. The rib engraved and inlaid "WILKES – MAKER – LEEDS". Hackett-type snap-on splinter forend with horn finial, non-rebounding hares’ ears hammers, top lever. The action delicately adorned with hunting scenes and acanthus highlights. Pre 1895 (early records lost).
