Description
Chequered, ebonite butt pad, straight grip and forend with horn finial. Highly figured, Damascus, nitro proved barrels, the rib engraved "PIPER CAMBRIDGE". Hackett-type snap-on splinter forend, carved fences, back action, non-rebounding hares ears hammers, hold open top lever. The action adorned with bouquets and acanthus highlights. Original Black Powder proof 1868 – 75, Nitro-reproved 1955.
