Ribbed, horn butt pad, chequered straight grip and forend. Lightly tapering rib engraved "T. WILD. 17 & 18 WHITTALL STREET. BIRMINGHAM", Hackett-type snap-on splinter forend with repaired finial. Back action, non-rebounding hares ears hammers, hold open top lever. Treble grip action. The action unadorned with the simplest double-line edging.

Proof 13/1 .719 Readings 724, 725 Walls 35, 36 Metal - C Finish - C - Stock - C+ Additional Comments: Silvering to muzzle, thinned to breech. The action bright with patchy, very light patchy, tarnishing. The stock with two deeper scratches. The bores bright with very light, localised frosting.
