Chequered butt, highly figured stock with added relief to the comb, strongly cast off, chequered straight grip and forend. Plain rib, inlaid ‘2’, treble grip action, hold open top lever, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The action finely engraved with bouquets and extensive acanthus scrolling. For 1898. Replacement barrels.
