Ribbed, fine ebonite pad, chequered straight grip and forend. Damascus barrels, Deeley edge lever forend release, rib engraved ‘THOMAS HORSLEY, MAKER, YORK. PATENT 2410’. Doll’s head extension, Baker ejectors, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’. Unsigned action of typical Horsley form, with scroll highlight to simply edged locks. Marriage of 1866 barrels to another action c. 1890 with Baker ejectors added, nitro reproof 1986.

Barrels. A little original colour remaining on the action, the engraving little worn. The
Stock richly figured with a fine patina. The bores bright with some small frosted patches.
