Chequered butt on well-matched extension to a highly figured stock. Chequered straight grip and forend. Tapered, concave rib engraved ‘JOSEPH LANG & SON, 102 NEW BOND STREET. LONDON. W.’. Blued, detachable striker discs, treble grip action, hold open top lever, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The fences delicately engraved with acanthus scrolls, the action with beaded edging retaining much original colour. In the manufacturer’s brass-cornered leather case.
