A FINE 10-BORE (2 5/8") 1865 PATENT TOPLEVER HAMMERGUN Ser No 15575
Ribbed vulcanite butt, chequered, rounded semi-pistol grip and forend. Rebarrelled with finely figured Damascus barrels, broad, plain rib. Delicate foliate engraved throughout lock plates, fence and action with bright finish.
Proofed 1875 – 1887 Reproofed 1904 – 1925 – for nitro. Reproofed post 1954.

Condition report:
