A .45/110 SHILO SHARPS MODEL 1874 FALLING BLOCK RIFLE Ser No B740.

Crescent colour-hardened metal butt plate, richly figured stock with plain, straight grip and forend with brushed metal, rounded end cap. Post foresight, folding leaf and ladder rearsight atop the heavy, matt, octagonal barrel engraved to the top flat ‘SHILOH-SHARPS MODEL 1874’, ‘Cal 45 2 7/8". Back lock action, set triggers, colour-hardened throughout, engraved ‘SHILOH RIFLE MFG. CO. BIG TIMBER MONTANA’.

Weight 12lb 6oz, Barrel 34", Pull 13 1/2", OAL 50 1/4".

Metal  - A Finish - A Stock  - A/B Additional Comments: Light marking to endcap. Sparse light marks to barrel. Scratch to upper right of stock, light mark to lower right. Very impressive.
