A 12 BORE BOXLOCK EJECTOR Ser No 12059

Hard rubber butt, chequered straight grip and forend. Barrels engraved "JOSEPH LANG & SON" AND "7. BURY STREET. ST JAMES’S. LONDON". Treble grip action, hold open top lever, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The fences with delicate acanthus scroll and stippling, the action and all its component parts extensively engraved in fine acanthus scrolling. Impressive, possibly even once slightly garish.

Weight 6lb 5oz, Chambers 2 1/2", Choke SIL, 3/4, Barrels 28 1/4", Pull 14 1/8", OAL 44".
