A 12-BORE SIDELOCK EJECTOR Ser No 897;

Well-matched ribbed extension to richly figured stock, chequered straight grip and forend. Plain rib with light adornment to breech, automatic safety with ‘SAFE’ inlaid in gold. The action, retaining some original colour, albeit faded, widely and finely adorned with acanthus and floriate bouquets framing a cartouche ‘HENRY ATKIN’. The underside the same with ‘HENRY ATKIN FROM PURDEY’
